Posted today on the CLF Research facebook page:
1990 prototype ???? G026536 has a sickle-headstock, slightly pointy horns and three jumbo MFD pickups - the real point being considered.
I assume the middle is RWRP (reverse-wound reverse-polarity). Note the blank entry by this serial number in the logbook

Yes, this was a cool find. I only know what Dave has posted about it in the quote of the thread.
