New Tribute Legacy in black?

Amazon is selling a G&L Tribute Legacy in Black.

There's no "black" model listed in the Catalogue or G&L's web site. Anybody know why that is?

If you scroll down on this page on the G&L website, you see the range of colors in which Trib Legacy is available. One of them is Gloss Black with maple fingerboard, which I guess is the guitar shown in the listing.

but if you look carefully, it is not the same. (1) It's got a pearloid vs. tortoise shell pickguard, (2) it's got a 9" vs. 12" neck radius, and (3) the neck seems to be satin vs. gloss.

The 9" neck radius might be wrong on amazon's description, and I might be wrong about the satin vs. gloss neck, but I'm sure that pickguard is a differnt color
