| These gorgeous ASAT Thinline basses were originally sold through Buffalo Bros. (see Links section on this site). Tim Page of Buffalo Bros. had the following to say about them: "Only a handful of these rare prototype G&L ASAT Thinline basses were ever made. Originally intended for the European market, the project was unfortunately cancelled. Both the silver flake and honeyburst versions came with rosewood fingerboards.
