Brad W. Traweek's 1990 L-5000

Here's my sole bass, a 1990 L-5000 that's in really nice shape. It's not immediately evident in these photos, but this bass' finish is not black but rather a gorgeous, rich dark blue - you can see it in the photos by comparing the pickguard (black) with the body. I believe it to be the same Bahama Blue that is pictured on a few other basses in the Gallery. I'm a guitarist who only dabbles in bass and I've found that the close string spacing on this model doesn't bother me one bit - makes me feel right at home. ;-)
