Andrew Leaf's 2000 ASAT Thinline Bass

Here's Andrew Leaf's 2000 ASAT Thinline Bass shown with its original case and accompanying paraphernalia. Andrew (from My Music Store in Golden, Minnesota) says: "I ordered this fretless semi-hollow ASAT bass direct from G&L and it took only two and a half weeks to get here! According to our BBE rep, he figures that they were building my bass for the NAMM show with a fretted neck, and they just added a fretless neck and sent it off to me. I ordered it on the 26th of April, and it shipped on the 12th of May. That's quick. And after showing my bass to a few customers, we've ordered another one, so it seems that this bass will be going into production after all (editor's note: two "prototype" ASAT Thinline Basses from 1998 appear elsewhere in the Gallery.)"
