I've been listening to a lot of songs with ukulele lately & have really grown fond of that mellow sound, so I thought I'd stray a bit from my world of guitars & basses to the land of ukes. I ordered an Ibanez UKS10 soprano uke which comes with a bag for a mere $49.95, as well as a Silver Creek Soprano uke(sans case) for $129.99 both from MF. The Ibanez is made of laminates and the Silver Creek is solid mahogany. I'm sure both are probably made in China. It should be fun to see which 1 of these budget ukes offers the most bang for buck. Anxiously awaiting the UPS truck...
