I've never performed live regularly and it's usually dive bars. Its been at least a year now but the drought will hopefully end by summer time.

I was in this three piece rock band during my junior year in college (not quite a "power trio"). We played all originals and swapped instruments (drum kit, bass, guitar) for just about every song. Our last gig was in a basement at a house party. We played so well that during the set, between songs, we looked at each other in disbelief, as if to say "dang, did we just nail that song or what?" It was as if all the pistons were finally firing together, if only once before the semester ended and we went our separate ways.

: More importanly, is there a pointy, Floyd Rose or Kahler-equipped shred machine in your future?

None in my past but I wouldn't mind owning one, if the price and color were right. I grew up on metal, it always will have a special place in my heart but its not the kinda music that I aim to play.
