P.T.B.™ Passive Treble and Bass tone controls -
These controls are dramatically more effective than standard
“volume/tone/tone” setups. Treble and bass frequencies can
be cut separately, and are effective on all pickups unlike
traditional arrangements.
S-500 models, Legacy models (except the George Fullerton Signature) and Comanche models (except the Comanche Studio VI) have the PTB feature.

: : Do you prefer the PTB system or would you rather have the conventional tone controls on your guitars? Personally I like the PTB. With tone controls I generally play them wide open all the time. With the PTB it allows me to roll off the bass a little and get a real nice tone.
: I'm glad you brought this up because I'm not really sure what PTB is. I know it has to do with the tone control as say compared to the typical Fender products. Also like to know what G&L guitars have this. Thanks for posting... Tony
