Yes it does! I think my 2000 Legacy has this but not sure on the 87 Skyhawk. From messing around with the tone controls on the Legacy, I'd say the Tone control next to the Volume is the treble and the other is the bass. It does offer some good control over the sound of the guitar. Thanks for the reply Craig.... Tony
