Lunch Report--Monday posted by Thundersteel on January 11, 2010 at 12:45:30:

: Happy New Year, everyone! I'd like to thank SouthpawGuy for nominating me to be the first "official" lunch reporter for 2010!

: Most of you probably will not recognize my name, since I don't post here very often. But I've been lurking (stalking?) here for some time, and I'm glad to be able to contribute something possibly worthwhile.

: OK, let me get started:

Pizza sounds great.

: 2. G&L: To start off, I'll just show some pictures of my basses: an L-2000, and a JB-2... Anyone else here "bottom feeders?"

Nice basses, and yes I own a couple.

: 3. Discussion: A) G&L is Leo Fender's last company. He felt that these were the best instruments he made. Even so, some feel there could be room for improvement. What do you think could be improved? Construction? Design?

Still waiting on the El Toro reissue.

: B) How do you feel about pet alteration? For instance, do you get your cat declawed, and/or your dog's tail docked?

All for neutering of cats.

Had a boss that had his Golden Retriever neutered in hopes that would keep it from running away.
Unfortunately, it didn't help a bit.
I told him he put the rope around the wrong end of the dog.
