2. G&L: To start off, I'll just show some pictures of my basses: an L-2000, and a JB-2.

Really nice basses. I like the JB-2 look a lot and like the narrower neck feel, too. I don't own a bass now, but have owned L-1500, L-2000 and a LB-100 in the past. I am, without doubt, the worst bass player on the planet. I really suck at bass.

3. Discussion: A) G&L is Leo Fender's last company. He felt that these were the best instruments he made. Even so, some feel there could be room for improvement. What do you think could be improved? Construction? Design?

I definately think they should change the type of jack used on all ASAT models. It is a real weakness.

Recently they moved to standardize the neck sizes and I think this is a tremendous advancement. Congrats G&L.

I think they should use more Orange Tint in the GOT neck color. ;-)

B) How do you feel about pet alteration? For instance, do you get your cat declawed, and/or your dog's tail docked?

I have admitted to NOT being a pet person. But, I do feel that all pets should be spayed or neutered. Outdoor cats need their claws so no to de-clawing.

Great start.
Take care.
