It has been muted, by purely looking at these photos, that the neck appears misaligned to the strings.
What do you G&L guru's think.

It does have poor neck alignment. I have owned several Fender American Deluxe basses and a Marcus Miller. I no longer own any of them and a G&L M-2500 is now my main bass along with Musicman, and Carvin. We all have different preferences. -- Darwin

The neck is mis-aligned but its an easy fix. Just loosen the neck screws a bit and pull the headstock over a bit and its aligned.
That's a pretty color.
Leo Fender's favorite, BTW.

OK thanks for your replies. I was thinking it could be that simple to correct.
All fixed,
I just popped off the bridge cover slackened the strings and positioned them over the correct parts of the bridge rollers....2 or 3 minutes is all it took. The strings are now evenly spaced up the neck and run true between the coils. The guitar is 100% correct with nothing wrong with the neck or the neck slot.
