Hello forum,
Just ordered my first GbL as a BTO-I was wondering if anyone had thoughts on the six barrel saddle bridge, and if you replaced it, what you replaced it with. I haven’t had a Tele style guitar before-are the compensated 3 saddle bridges where it’s at? What would’ve a good fit w/o any trouble? Only had Stratocasters before.
Thanks!

Welcome, and congrats on your first G&L!
In my opinion, the six saddle bridge is superior to a three saddle bridge because you can accurately intonate each string.
That said, if you prefer the three saddle setup, I would look at Callaham, or at Music City Groove Master Telecaster saddles, where the threads are angled so the string fits snugly into a groove.
