Marking in neck pocket of 1999 ASAT Special Semi Hollow

Marking in neck pocket of 1999 ASAT Special Semi Hollow

Does anyone know what this marking means in the neck pocket?
It looks like it says OM or ON with an arrow.
It is the only marking in the neck pocket besides the date stamp.
