Potentiometers used on ASAT Z3 ???

What are the correct Pots. used on the Z3 Tele ( Blue Sparkle ) is my color.
250K or 500K and, what cap. value is the correct one. ??
I like the tone of mine now but need to change the 5 way switch and a pot soon. Last time i changed the tone pot to the push pull one so I could use all pickups I did not like the tone ... it made it thinner sounding. I pulled it out and put the original one back in. That was about 5- 6years ago... after playing it EVERY Day and on gigs 2-4 times a week she's showing signs of aging and needs some medical attention.

Anyone got answers here ? I'm all ears & eyes ......
