Barcus-Berry may have been associated with BBE Sound at some time in the past, but it doesn't appear that they are now. Barcus-Berry is now a part of Musicorp, as can be seen here. To carry it even further, Musicorp is owned by KMC, the 800 pound gorilla of the music industry that is commonly known as Kaman Music. Right up there with Selmer.
