Question About Colors

I am *this* close to placing an order of a USA ASAT Special but am waivering on color.

How do the pearl white and alpine white finishes differ? Which is a truer white? Is the pearl white metallic/pearlescent? It's hard to get a sense from photos.

Captain, Alpine White would be true white. Pearl White is pearlescent.
