cleaning and maintenance
my comanche has the white pickups and I need to clean em.. oil from fingers etc, got em smudgy. I would like to clean the smudges off the pickups. What is safe to use?
Two things count...A good guitar, and a good woman. All the rest is frippery.

A clean dry rag should suffice.
If it wont come off use a rag moistened in soapy water. Just moistened mind, not dripping wet - you don't want water inside the pickups!
Whatever you do, just don't go out and spend $$$$ on 'guitar polish'.
