SC-2 repair

Just got a brand new SC-2 for my wife. Had a problem with the neck and middle position, no volume. Took it to my tech and he traced the problem to the neck pickup. I was told to go through G & L repairs for warranty work. I did this , but have not got a response after 4 days. Is this normal, any body have any ideas. My wife really wants to play this guitar with three selections working.

Chances are you need to go to a g&L dealer, the one you bought it from is the usual choice. They aren't so good on dealing with the customers directly at the factory.

Just wanted to say that John of G & L called. I told him what was wrong and he had no problem fixing it. As long as I went through a warranty dealership, G & L would make sure the guitar worked the way it was meant to, no cost to me. Thank you John and G & L.
