I was an antique auto restorer by trade. My hands and head were in the guts of cars for so long that I didn't pick up a guitar until I was 25. Originally a Fender man, I made the switch to G&L in 1997. I have many ASAT's in my collection, including two custom builds..#3 maple neck, natural finish, double bound in white, one has a vibrato.
I stumbled onto this site in 2007 and been impressed with the history, information, and pictures. I hope to add to my collection, any natural finish with maple board ASAT is a potential candidate, and make contacts with all the other G&L enthusiasts.
