I've been playing guitar for over 50 years, most recently with Mitch Ryder of (Detroit Wheels fame)and operating a praise band at my local church. I bought my ASAT Telly used about 8 or 9 years ago and pretty much left it in it's case until a couple years ago. The neck had a bit of a bow to it, it wouldn't stay in tune, the action was bad and the finish was really rough. I got it out one day and decided to either fix it or sell it. After spending a bit of time adjusting and a new set of locking tuning heads I really began to like it. With a little more adjusting, love would have been a better term. I have never had a guitar that played smoother than this one. I do custom bike painting for a hobby so against the advice of those who know, I refinished it because I figured that I would never sell it as long as I live and the only person who needs to like it is me. I almost lost it recently to burglars who got my amps and a flat top but I must have surprised them because they dropped it as they were leaving. I figured I should register it and at least might be able to track it if they came back and got it.
