Started playing bass in 1969 at church and formed a band which later morphed into East Wind, who was the local band that launched the careers of many music industry pro's (Skip Martin--Dazz Band/Kool & The Gang, Marty Hom--manager of Bette Midler, Vince Ebo--solo artist-RIP). Unfortunately, I wasn't one of 'em LOL
