Born 12/12/1965 in Toledo, Ohio of all places. My family relocated to Newark, Delaware shortly after I was born which is where I grew up and lived until 1989. From 1989 until 2011, I lived in St. Louis, MO and in 2011 relocated to SoCal...not too far from where Leo and friends made it all happen. I'm most interested in what Leo Fender, George Fullerton and Dale Hyatt did after Fender...so CLF-Music Man, Earthwood and G&L are what I'm most interested in. I build custom guitars under my brand name of "ESI" and manufacture a small line of authentic, 100% made in the USA pre-BBE reproduction parts.
