Seems like forever that I've been playin guitar. I'm 53 now born 10/8/49 and been playin since I was 13 or so....I studied for a short time with Philadelphia Jerry Ricks, jamed with Buddy Guy at Jerry's house and been buying and selling guitars ever since. I love the bluez...always did, always will. Growing up in the 60's with the Beatles and Stones playin, I got alot of criticism from friends and family about playin black music....Went to Viet-Nam, class of 69-70, was a grunt around Phu Bai area and played bluez whenever I could. Since then, I have been in a number of bands and still play in one today...I mainly used Fenders till I finally decided to go G&L..best move I ever made....I just love the Asat's. I still use only Fender amps with a BD-2 Modded by Keeley and His Compressor in the chain and Allessandro cables....hope that gives alittle insight...don
