"Nightwolf" has been performing for audiences for forty years. He began singing in his Church choir at the age of 9. The love of music hit him early and he began to study the guitar at the age of 13. His first blues trio performed the songs of Muddy Waters, & Willie Dixon, among others. In 1967, at the age of 16, he began performing in bars and clubs in the steel towns of Western Pennsylvania. This gritty atmosphere prepared him for the path that would lead to a lifelong devotion to an honest and heartfelt style of music and performing.
In 1974, after a three-year stint in the army, Nightwolf relocated to Southern New Jersey. While living in New Jersey, he performed blues, rock, and country music in various bands. In 1989, he began to focus more on his solo performances. Since that time he has been performing in various clubs and coffee houses in the Southern and Central New Jersey, and Eastern and Central Pennsylvania areas.
"Nightwolf" performs solo, with a duo, and sometimes gathers a trio together. Nightwolf's music is always a performance from the heart. He believes that it is what is inside of you that must be expressed. He feels that music is not an exercise of the hands or of music theory. Nightwolf believes that music must have feeling and emotion, and that is the way that it should be performed.
