here it is my 1983 f100 bought a week ago here in spain. All original, pots, cables, switches... i like it but is not a strat, is not a tele, is not a gibson... i think is just a f100!! hehehe!!
That's a nice F-100! It reminds me of an early one I used to own, except for the fingerboard. I love the ash that was used back in the day - it weighed a ton, but the grain was tight.
The easy way to see how many pieces are in the body is just to look at the end of the guitar. The change in grain orientation will be very obvious at any glue joints.
