New G&L owner

My name is Chris, and I'm from Kansas City. I recently was craving a S style guitar (I'm a hollow body guy myself), and got a great deal on a lake placid blue Legacy Tribute. Aside from finding a case for it (it's really a pain, isn't it?), I love the versatility and tone out of this thing! For a slightly heavier guitar, the weight feels well distributed. I got a killer deal on it ($300 off CL), but even at full price, it plays as well if not better than a lot of strats I've played twice that price.

I build guitar pedals, and have modified all of my instruments (some to a pretty high degree), but so far, I'm really happy with this one. It's crazy bright, which is nice because it's almost impossible to make a guitar more bright without re-wiring it. The tone controls let me dial in some vintage strat sounds, some round humbucker style sounds, and some bright sounds that I've not heard before .
