The place to discuss, post photos, video, and audio of the G&L products (US instruments, stomp boxes, etc.) produced after 1991, including the amps & gear we use with them.
This Legacy is a 1993. Did G&L ever have a cream colored pearl guard, or is this one just yellowed from age? I actually like it, and am thinking of putting it on my sunburst Legacy that has cream knobs & p/u covers.

Not that I am aware of. G&L added a White Pearl pickguard to the option list in 1996, listed just as "Pearl".
I think that your 1993 Legacy probably had the stock White pickguard which had been replaced by a previous owner. It may have been a White Pearl guard which aged or
could have been replaced with an Aged White Pearl guard. The OEM pickguard supplier was Chandler. You can order an Aged Pearl guard from them directly.
Here is the link to their pickguard site: http://pickguards.us/pricegandl.html.

Hope this helps.
Well, I did find this 1993 Legacy Ad we have in the Gallery:
So, it could be possible that your Legacy did come with a White Pearl guard from the factory.
