The Legacy Special is one of my favorites. You will enjoy it for years to come. Here is the one I had custom built 15 years ago.

How are you finding the alder body compared to ash? Is it lighter as some of these G&L's can go up to 9 pounds in weight!
Is it tonally less bright and snappy?
